MyJourney Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to and use of the MyJourney mobile application, web application, websites, APIs, and related services provided by RSBB Group LLC, doing business as MyJourney.
1. Organization-sponsored access
MyJourney is generally provided to end users through a participating healthcare practice, medical spa, weight-management clinic, employer, or other organization. Your Organization controls account provisioning, role assignments, feature permissions, and access states.
2. Account eligibility and security
- Provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and multi-factor authentication keys.
- Never share account credentials or access tokens with unauthorized persons.
- Promptly report suspected unauthorized access to your Organization administrator or MyJourney support.
- Use the Services only through accounts, roles, and permissions assigned to you.
3. Software platform only
MyJourney is a technology and health engagement software platform. RSBB Group LLC does not provide medical diagnoses, clinical treatment, medical advice, or emergency healthcare services. Health measurements, medication schedules, GLP-1 analytics, AI Coach check-ins, and progress logs are information tools and should never replace professional medical judgment.
Do not use MyJourney for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency response number immediately.
4. Permitted use and security rules
You agree not to gain unauthorized access, bypass authentication or tenant isolation controls, conduct unauthorized security testing, introduce malicious code, scrape data outside authorized interfaces, disrupt service infrastructure, impersonate another person, or upload unlawful or infringing content.
5. User content and de-identified data
You or your Organization retain ownership of data, photos, health logs, communications, and measurements submitted through the Services. You grant RSBB Group LLC a limited license to host, transmit, process, format, and display that content solely to operate, secure, support, and maintain the Services, or as required by law.
When User Content constitutes PHI under HIPAA, our handling of such data is further governed by the applicable Business Associate Agreement and Privacy Policy.
RSBB Group LLC will not externally publish, license, sell, commercialize, or disclose PHI-derived de-identified data to third parties, or use such data for external AI model training or evaluation, unless expressly authorized in writing by the applicable Organization and permitted by law.
6. Organization control and clinical records
If your account is provisioned by an Organization, that Organization is the primary custodian or controller of health records maintained through the Services. Questions about medical treatment, clinical notes, or medical record releases should be directed to your Organization.
7. Third-party services and availability
The Services rely on infrastructure and service providers such as hosting, data storage, secrets management, payment processing, support, and AI-enabled features where enabled by an Organization. Third-party services are subject to their respective terms. MyJourney may update, modify, or discontinue features from time to time.
